At 16, Water first forayed into the events world as a roadie and set-up guy. In pursuit of his interest in music, he became a DJ which saw him performing at parties, events, clubs & pubs.

His first contact with events management was when he was roped in to handle Events at Asian Village during his internship during his teenage years. He helped organised events, manage artistes and was involved in thematics.

During his NS days, leveraging on his skills as a DJ he audtioned for Power 98, and was 2 out of 200 plus to be selected for the station. His forte was in Sports and hence was the producer of a program called Sports On.

He then moved on to work for a premier destination management company that produces conventions & incentive events out of Singapore. He became a Project Manager and was involved in many more than $1 million event budget shows around the world like Las Vegas, Hawaii, Gold Coast, Beijing, London, Paris, Vienna, San Francisco, Bangkok, Melbourne, Auckland, Bali.

In 1995, out of interest, he started hosting his first show. It was an amazing experience, and he fell in loved with connecting with audiences and see to the success of events. He made it as a career 4 years later, and have never looked back since.

To date, he has hosted more than 1000 events, that includes National Events, Sports Events, Launches, Marketing Blitzes, Conference, Theme Parties, Family Days, Exhibitions, Road Shows, etc.

In 2006, to integrate his love of stage work and personal development, he added Team Building & Training (Communication) into his portfolio. Plus, he has produced a few big scale Races & Treasure Hunts out of his interest in working with organisation.

The next step for him, is to be onstage as a Speaker & Coach. This is fuelled by his interest in helping people and holistic contribution. Stay tuned :-)
